About the talk
One of the hardest parts of running a roleplaying game is also its most rewarding: telling a story that responds to your players while still holding together. Too much planning turns the players into an audience; too little leaves nothing to hold onto. This talk explores how to work in the middle, let players and dice co-author the story, and set an effective pace at the table.
